Licensed Practical Nurse Evenings Part-Time $33.39- $39.45 Hourly

LPN – Part-Time Evenings (4:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) Pay: $33.39 – $39.45 per hour, based on relevant experience Join a care team where growth, joy, and respect are part of every shift. What you’ll do Deliver and direct resident care in line with our standards and state and federal regulations Prepare, administer, document, and order medications per physician orders Keep Resident Care Plans accurate and take part in care conferences Recognize changes in condition, use sound judgment, and report concerns Guide and support CNAs and other team members during your shift Basic Qualifications & Experience Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license, in good standing. 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred. 1-year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff preferred. IV Certification preferred. Must have computer word processing and database experience. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Moderate physical effort required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently. Possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other infectious diseases. Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.
