What You'll Do As an LPN, you'll work alongside providers to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care environment. You'll obtain vital signs, prepare patients for examinations and treatments, perform EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection, and routine lab testing, administer medications and injections within your scope of practice, start IVs, assist with wound care and minor procedures, administer TB skin tests, maintain accurate documentation, and support providers throughout the day. You'll also help create an exceptional patient experience while working closely with your teammates to keep the clinic running smoothly. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Provides compassionate, patient-focused care. Communicates effectively with patients and teammates. Can multitask while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude. Is comfortable using electronic medical records and basic computer programs. Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines. Previous nursing experience in urgent care, family practice, emergency medicine, or primary care is preferred but not required. Position Details Schedule: Part-Time/PRN, 12-hour shifts, including some Saturdays. Pay: $26/hour. Training: All newly hired team members may be required to attend a four-day training session in Texarkana, Texas, as part of the onboarding process.
