What you'll do

Assisting the Dermatologist in cosmetic procedures
Scribing for the Physician.
Phlebotomy is a must.
Patient intake.
Set Up for Procedures.
Processing prescriptions.
Admin in Clinical Department/ Correspondence with patients prior and post procedure/ full support of all cosmetic patients via email, text and over the phone
Maintaining supplies, equipment and appearance for the office.
Providing top-notch customer service and care to the patients.
Some FD basic duties.
Team player.
Positive attitude only.
No complaining and wining.
LPN license.
Bachelor's degree minimum.
2 years of cosmetic dermatology medical assistant experience preferred.
concierge medicine experience preferred.

Over the past 7 years HDLS became a leading cosmetic dermatology practice in Hudson Yards focused on a long-term, biology-driven approach to maintaining healthy, functional skin at every stage of life. We specialize in Scar revision, Injectables, Hair Transplant as well as medical dermatology. This role is to work along top Dermatologists in NYC Dr. Rishi Chopra (Harvard trainer laser fellow), Dr. Kiran Mian who developed Alix Earle's Real Actives line and their colleagues. It is a very fast growing office and an amazing dynamic team who is open to working hard, learning daily, always keeping the focus on finding solutions (not excuses) and enjoying along the way. Dermatology and Phlebotomy experience is a must. Positive energy and attitude is a key to success with us. It is fast changing and very dynamic environment. It is a challenging position with a great opportunity for growth as we are expanding our practice in NYC and opening our second location in Miami next year. Bachelor's degree minimum. 2 years of cosmetic dermatology medical assistant experience preferred. concierge medicine experience preferred. This position is available ASAP for the right candidate.
