Licensed Practical Nurse
to lead medication management and resident care in our Assisted Living community.
This isn't just a nursing job — it's a leadership role. You'll oversee our medication program, mentor Resident Assistants, and be a trusted voice for residents' health and wellbeing, all within a warm, family-style community where your work truly matters.
What You'll Do
Administer and document medications per physician orders and state regulations
Ensure timely medication administration and help coordinate resident prescription refills
Communicate directly with physicians and healthcare providers on medications, treatments, and therapies
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems
Supervise, support, and mentor Resident Assistants (RAs), fostering a positive team culture
Step in to support Resident Assistant duties as needed
What You'll Bring
