What you'll do
- Prepare clinical documentation, complete home visits, report changes in patient status, and follow patients' plans of treatment.
What you need
- Requires a valid LPN license and at least one year of LPN experience, training in tracheotomy care, ostomy care, G-Tube, wound care, and bowel and bladder care, CPR certification, two satisfactory references, and a criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines.

Requirements:
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work at least 2 weekends a month
Tracheotomy care, Ostomy Care, G-Tube, Wound Care, and Bowel and Bladder Care training
Criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines
CPR certification
Two satisfactory references
Valid LPN license with at least one year of experience as an LPN
Reliable transportation
