What you'll do

The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide nursing visits to patients in their homes according to physician-prescribed treatment plans.
They are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete medical records for all patients served.

What you need

Candidates must have at least one year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
A valid nursing license in the state of operation and current CPR certification are required.
