What you'll do
- Provide one-on-one respite and skilled care for clients with developmental disabilities, including feeding, vital signs, medication, and seizure management.
- Document visits and monitor and report changes in client care or behavior.
What you need
- Active CA. LVN License
- CPR certification
- Physical within the last 6 months and recent TB test
- Current TB test, current physical, Valid CPR card and First Aide (within 30 days of hire)
- Must have one year of experience
- Clear criminal background

Pay rate:
$30.00 hourly
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 respite care for families of a child or adult with developmental disabilities
Gastronomy Tube (g-tube) Care and Feeding
Take vital signs and administer medication
Trach Care (very rarely, do not need to have experience in this)
Check blood sugar and administer insulin injection
Seizure Management – may need to give medication if ordered and ensure safety
Document on nursing notes every visit
Be a support to clients and their family members
Monitor and report changes in client care and/or behavior
Qualifications
Active CA. LVN License
CPR certification
Physical within the last 6 months and recent TB test

Must have one year of experience
Clear criminal background
