What you'll do
- The Life Enrichment Assistant designs and facilitates engaging activities for residents, including themed parties, outings, and creative programs.
- They work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to ensure high-quality enrichment experiences that foster community and connection.
What you need
- Candidates should possess a compassionate attitude and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with seniors in an assisted living environment is preferred, along with proficiency in using electronic devices.
