JOB TITLE: Bioprocess Field Sales Development Intern   POSITION REPORTS TO: VP of Bioprocess/Lab Sales POSITION SUMMARY: Foxx Life Sciences is seeking a driven, early-career commercial professional to join its Bioprocess Division as a Bioprocess Field Sales Development Intern. This role is designed for young graduates who want to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and bioprocessing while gaining real-world market exposure across the life sciences industry. The Bioprocess Field Sales Development Intern will support customer acquisition, lead generation, territory development, and account expansion activities for Foxx Life Sciences' bioprocess product portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in combining technical learning with customer-facing business development and sales execution. The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership and commercial team members to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, convert new business, and build strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and biopharmaceutical customers. Preferred Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates may include:  * Undergraduate students nearing graduation or recent graduates.  * Science or Engineering graduates interested in sales, marketing, and business development.  * Business graduates with strong interest in technical sales and life sciences markets.  * Individuals who are ambitious, self-motivated, and excited by customer-facing commercial roles. * Candidates who want to build a long-term career in business development within the bioprocess or life sciences industry.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop new customers and generate new business within the assigned territory. The internship is intended to serve as a structured entry path into a long-term commercial career at Foxx Life Sciences, with the opportunity to learn the bioprocess business in depth within one year while contributing directly to revenue growth.  Key Responsibilities  * Identify, research, and pursue new customers in the assigned territory. * Generate qualified leads and convert them into new business opportunities. * Support field sales and business development efforts for Foxx Life Sciences' bioprocess products. * Build and maintain a prospect pipeline across pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, academic, and related life sciences accounts. * Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, & other business development channels. * Coordinate introductory meetings, product discussions, and follow-up activities with sales leaders. * Help grow revenue from new accounts brought into the territory. * Maintain CRM records, activity tracking, opportunity status, & account notes with accuracy. * Assist with territory planning, account mapping, competitive intelligence, and market initiatives. Compensation Structure: The position offers a monthly stipend during the internship period, along with a commission opportunity tied to qualified new sales generated in the assigned territory. Commission eligibility will be based on achievement of assigned business growth targets and KPI requirements associated with the role. This structure is intended to reward high-performing candidates who successfully bring in new customers and new revenue for Foxx Life Sciences.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  * Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or current undergraduate status nearing completion.  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.  * Willingness to learn technical products and bioprocess applications.  * Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.  * Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal sales leadership. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, CRM tools, and LinkedIn is a plus.  * Prior internship, co-op, campus leadership, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.    TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: N/A    Career Development Opportunity: This internship is intended for candidates who want to grow into a long-term commercial role within Foxx Life Sciences. Candidates who perform well will have the opportunity to continue developing within the business and build a career in bioprocess sales, account development, and commercial growth.
