We are seeking a candidate with an eagerness to learn, as well as exemplary organizational and written and verbal communication skills to join our team. Responsibilities Review and process litigation documents from multiple states. Data entry for litigation-specific documents. Analysis of state-specific matrix to ensure accurate and complete processing. Communicate with Branch Offices in each state when errors need correction or where clarification is required to effectively process litigation documents. Basic scanning and copying. Comply with all applicable standard operating procedures set forth by the Firm and its clients. Perform other duties as assigned by the Litigation Operations Team. Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office suite, specifically strong Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Great attention to detail Professionalism and a winning attitude Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Remote Work Requirements Must have a private location within their home free from third parties and household members Must have stable internet service with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps or any broadband cable access that allows company-issued equipment to connect and operate without disruption.
