The Loan Servicing Specialist role offers the opportunity to build specialized expertise across a variety of consumer lending products while making a direct impact on the member experience.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members and internal teams, assisting with loan servicing requests, account maintenance, payment and payoff processing, Home Equity servicing activities, research requests, and other loan-related inquiries. You'll have the opportunity to develop deep knowledge of consumer loan servicing, solve complex account issues, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure accurate and timely service for our members.
This position is a great fit for employees who enjoy researching solutions, managing details, and becoming the go-to expert on consumer loan servicing processes. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service are key to success.
What the role offers:
Monday-Friday schedule
Opportunities to build specialized expertise across consumer and Home Equity loan servicing
Exposure to a broad range of loan servicing functions, including payments, payoffs, account maintenance, research, and portfolio reviews

Starting Compensation: $20.68 - $24.82/hr. (Grade 4)
