Logistics Coordinator

What Success Looks Like: Receive orders and coordinate shipments with customer service, and with various carriers, accordingly. Print reports, pick lists, back orders, bill of ladings, and packing slips. Communicate with carriers for less-than-a-truckload shipments. Responsible for processing invoices. Communicate with plant managers and other internal partners regarding shipments. What You Bring: High School Diploma, required. 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience. Within a manufacturing setting, preferred. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel with ability to do V-Lookups, conditional formatting, etc. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail oriented. Ability to work at a fast pace with the ability to switch directions in accordance with business demands.
