What you'll do
- Provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Assists with medication administration, monitoring, and documentation while supporting patient safety, comfort, and recovery.
What you need
- Requires graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program and a current, valid LPN license in Ohio.
- Requires BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire; acute care or clinical experience and IV therapy certification are preferred.
