We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Carroll & Tuscarawas County. Why Join Our Team? No shift work – enjoy regular hours without 12-hour or overnight shifts. Reasonable patient load – an average of 6 patients per day. Flexible scheduling – design your day to meet both professional and personal needs. Local travel only – approximately 50–70 miles per day with mileage reimbursement. Limited weekends – rotation only every 5–6 weeks. Comprehensive training – we welcome those new to home health and provide full support. Supportive leadership – our management team is made up of experienced field clinicians who understand your role.
