Why This Role Stands Out ✅ 4 nights per week (Mon–Th) – enjoy 3-day weekends every week ✅ Consistent schedule – no rotating shifts ✅ Supportive leadership and team environment ✅ DailyPay options available ✅ Full benefits package What You’ll Do As an LPN on our night shift team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor residents and report changes in condition Complete accurate and timely documentation Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards What We’re Looking For Active Missouri LPN license (required) Current CPR certification Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
