- Demonstrate a high level of compassionate interpersonal and communication skills necessary to consistently serve patients and family members professionally.
- One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Assess patients for stability and follow through with all doctor’s orders.
- Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take-outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses.
- Be thorough and accurate in documentation of patient complaints, vital signs, current medication, and allergies.
- Provide health promotion, teaching, and training of family members as necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited program; prefer licensed or certified professionals but willing to consider others with adequate experience.
- Qualifications Of The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Must have a good-standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
- Must have at least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Very comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and use of computers.
- Experience with G-tube, Trach/Vent.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Registered Nurse - $35.00.
- Licensed Practical Nurse - $30.00.
