Be attentive to patient needs and requests. Some Abilities: Ability to move with care and love to each individual. Ability to show up to each shift with a heart ready to conquer the thrill that is the healthcare world! Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff. Knowledge to obtain: Graduate of your corresponding program.
