What you'll do

Coordinate drivers and trucks for timely pickup and delivery of freight
Optimize delivery/pick up by adjusting routes throughout the day
Communicate with customers and/or other internal departments regarding special handling requests, pick up time and freight details
Keep track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that Tax-Air remains compliant

What you need

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Minimum six months experience in the transportation industry
