- Prepare units for occupancy
- Paint and complete make readies for occupancy
- Perform daily trash pickup
- Assist in general maintenance work as requested

- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance
- On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager

Maintenance Associate Reports to: Property Manager & Lead Maintenance Location: Wichita Falls, TX Units: 114 Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living The Woodlands is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 114-unit residential apartment community.
