- Repair and maintain plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves
- Install plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations
- Monitor and verify work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors
- Work independently

- Journeyman or city plumbing license (preferred)
- Back flow preventer certification (preferred)

Offers variety of work ranging from carpentry, painting, finishing and minor plumbing and electric
Schedule - Full-time
What You'll Do
Repairs and maintains all plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves. Installs some new plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations. Monitors and verifies work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors. Works independently.
Requirements
Clean driving record
Current driver's license
Preferred Requirements
Journeyman or city plumbing license
Back flow preventer certification
