Work with the reliability team to identify root causes to problem statements and develop potential solutions.
Work with the asset team to identify continuous improvement opportunities on the asset(s). This includes work with OEM vendors, the engineering team, and the reliability team.
If your asset(s) has an emergency breakdown and shift is unavailable, investigate the issue and assist with the repairs. You are expected to stay past your shift to complete the repair or elevate the issue and conduct a thorough handover.
Responsible for the entry of follow-up work requests based on work findings and improvement ideas.
Work with OEMs/vendors during equipment upgrades and troubleshooting. For Electrical Line Pairs, verify that programs are backed up and electrical prints are updated when work is completed. Mechanical Line Pairs verify that mechanical prints are updated when work is complete.
