What you'll do
- Maintain a safe, functional, and well-maintained facility by performing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Identify and escalate maintenance issues, and respond to urgent issues as needed.
What you need
- Requires one year of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
- Must be able to perform inspections and maintenance, operate tools safely, and lift, carry, bend, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods.
