What you need
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Plumbing or electrical license (preferred)
