What you'll do
- Handle routine building repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot general maintenance issues involving doors, fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, and other building equipment within your training.
- Inspect buildings and grounds, address hazards, and report repair needs promptly.
- Help maintain kitchen and laundry equipment, emergency lighting, generators, and other assigned systems.
- Keep accurate work records and communicate job status, supply needs, and delays to your supervisor.
- Keep tools, chemicals, supplies, and work areas organized and secure; support grounds upkeep and facility setup as needed.
- Work respectfully around patients and staff and follow facility safety and confidentiality procedures.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent; related maintenance experience or trade training preferred.
- General building maintenance skills and safe use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned priorities, and complete work reliably.
- Good communication, basic computer skills, and attention to detail.
- Healthcare, residential facility, or hospitality maintenance experience is a plus.
- Education: a high school diploma

Full-time; working Thursday through Monday Help Keep a Place of Recovery Running ... Enterhealth is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our residential treatment campus.
