What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work directly with the Maintenance team to keep our Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments running smoothly by: Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues Working on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Performing preventative and predictive maintenance Reading schematics, diagrams, and parts breakdowns Fabricating and welding equipment when needed Using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to get the job done right What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is: Mechanically inclined Comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues Experienced with electrical or mechanical repairs Ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Automotive manufacturing experience is a bonus! Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred Relevant hands-on experience may substitute for education Currently pursuing a related degree? We’ll consider that too.
