What you'll do
- Service and maintain electro-mechanical equipment, including robotic washlines, autoclaves, boilers, and facility systems.
- Provide travel and occasional short-notice emergency maintenance support at regional sites.
What you need
- Strong mechanical experience with assemblies and production equipment
- Welding skills for basic repair work
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair capabilities
- Ability to diagnose and communicate PLC-controlled machine issues
- Experience with boilers
- Willingness to travel and respond to emergency maintenance needs
- Previous experience in medical waste processing or similar regulated environments
- Experience with autoclaves
- Knowledge of inventory management systems such as MaintainX
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
