Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician helps\nmaintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium and reports\nto the Property Manager. The position ensures that all mechanical systems and\nequipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically\nappealing condition. Responsibilities: Reviews and completes work orders assigned by the\n Community Association Manager. Routinely inspects the community and advises the\n supervisor of any issues or makes corrections as appropriate. Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe, and\n effective manner. Maintains positive working relationships with community\n staff. Performs painting and touch-up of common areas as\n needed. Performs general labor, including lifting and moving\n heavy items as directed by the supervisor. Performs general carpentry and other minor\n community/building repairs when a permit is not required. Maintains records and other maintenance reports as\n directed by the supervisor. Reports the need for major repairs to the Community\n Association Manager/Maintenance Supervisor. Checks and maintains lighting throughout the property. Pressure washes sidewalks, entrances, A/C and heat pump\n pads, and other areas as necessary to maintain a neat appearance. Maintains applicable recreational amenities, including\n outdoor gyms and playgrounds. Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are\n followed in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requirements.
