- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including work on appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing and carpentry.
- Perform preventive maintenance, complete work orders and forms, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
What you need
- The ideal candidate has 3 plus years of Maintenance Technician experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to move heavy equipment safely and be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a full time Maintenance Technician to work at Shady Oaks Manor in Fort Worth, TX.
Description:
The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties:
Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
HVAC knowledge is a plus.
Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Must have reliable transportation.
