What you'll do
- Maintain and repair the property and grounds, assist with inspections and improvement projects, prepare vacant apartments, and complete work orders.
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including sprinkler systems, pool area upkeep, and snow removal.
What you need
- Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving, and customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
- The role requires home repair or handyman skills, painting experience, pool maintenance knowledge, basic computer skills, and ability to be on call for emergencies.

Foursite-
Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties
Assist with maintenance improvement projects
Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
Perform work order requests
Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal
Requirements
Maintenance technician skills:
Home repair or handyman skills
Experience with painting
Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
Basic computer skills
Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies
Schedule
The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-5pm. Rotating weekly Emergency On-Call schedule.
