In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of our vacation rental properties, contributing directly to the exceptional experiences we provide to our guests. Their vacations matter.We’re building trust with every job. Core ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on, solve-the-problem kind of role. Depending on your level, you’ll:Troubleshoot + resolve plumbing, electrical, HVAC, WiFi, and appliance issuesTake on seasonal tasks like furniture assembly, power washing, or paintingDocument your work with clear notes and photosAim for first-visit fixes or smart, temporary solutions until we canHelp quote, scope, or even lead larger projects if you’re readyShow up ready, respond quickly, and leave things better than you found themTalk with guests and homeowners with empathy and professionalismYour job is to be the human version of “we’ve got this”—whether it’s a broken faucet or a busted AC the night before a guest checks in.QualificationsExperience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.Ability to learn new systems, technology, (or anything) quicklyMust have a valid drivers licenseCommunicate with clarity and careWork well independently, but value being part of a strong teamTake pride in solving problems—not just completing tasksBelieve your work is your signature (and you sign in sharpie)Are Reliable.
