- Conduct general maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
- Conduct resident inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and appeal of the property
- Complete work orders
- Prepare units for new occupancy and perform grounds-keeping
- Assist with Property Turn
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, speak, see and hear
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, walk and climb stairs
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- 2+ years apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience (preferred)

Maintenance Technician: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
Resident inspections
Cleanliness and appeal of the property
Completing work orders
Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping
Assist with Property Turn
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred
HVAC certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time;
Ability to use hands and fingers;
Ability to speak, see, and hear;
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull;
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds;
Ability to walk and climb stairs;
Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate;
