About the Job R&R Facilities is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman for our buildings in Gravette. We need someone who is hard-working, skilled with tools, and good at solving problems. If you like staying busy and taking care of property, this is the job for you. What You Will Do Prepare and maintain construction sites, including clearing debris and hazards, as well as loading and unloading materials Perform general construction tasks, such as digging trenches, compacting earth, and building or dismantling structures like scaffolding and barricades Assist skilled craft workers like contractors, electricians, and painters as needed Install, maintain, and repair ventilation systems and equipment for R&R facilities/campuses Perform monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, machinery, and equipment to keep facilities in OSHA compliance. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For 2+ years of handyman or maintenance work is preferred You know how to use power tools and construction/heavy equipment safely You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for long periods You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record You must follow safety rules (OSHA/EPA) to keep yourself and others safe You should be able to work some weekends or holidays if we need extra help Do you take pride in a job well done?
