What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair production equipment, including CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers, and maintain machine PM schedules.
- Communicate with management and vendors, and assist with maintenance projects and engineering efforts.
What you need
- Requires a High School Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment is preferred; demonstrated troubleshooting and repair knowledge across CNC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC equipment is requested.
- Education: a high school diploma

Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our newly renovated facility is in Meridian ID, less than a 20-minute commute from Boise. The Boise area offers a moderate climate with quick access to outdoor recreation.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Diagnose and repair production equipment including our state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers.
Maintain and follow the facilities comprehensive machine PM schedules including:
Oil and fluid levels
Concentration levels
Filter changes
Machine or process calibrations
Communicate with management and machinery vendors as required.
Assist with Company maintenance projects and engineering efforts.
YOU'LL BRING:
High School Degree or equivalent.
2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of trouble shooting and repair of:
CNC machines and controllers
Electrical equipment and processes
Mechanical equipment and processes
Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
HVAC systems
Demonstrated ability to handle numerous maintenance projects simultaneously.
A desire to succeed in a fast-paced growing company.
An interest in working with new technologies.
Willingness to work with all departments and provide peer mentoring.
