What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches; perform carpentry and pavement repairs; and handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal.
- Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
What you need
- Requires 2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience, power tool knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and comfort with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and standing.

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at StorageMart!

Your Role:
Troubleshoot and repair: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches
Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking
Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal
Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance
Travel between multiple locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience
Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license/insurance and ability to travel between stores
Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing)
