General Maintenance & Repairs: Assist with work orders, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general property repairs.Preventative Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct routine inspections, identify concerns, and assist with preventative maintenance.Property Turnovers & Make-Ready: Prepare vacant homes for new residents through cleaning, touch-ups, and minor repairs.Work Orders & Communication: Update work orders, document repairs, and communicate with residents and team members.Safety & Equipment Care: Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and equipment. One year of construction, general labor, or maintenance experience preferred, but not requiredBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office, smartphones, and mobile applicationsMechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tools and repairsDependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new skillsStrong communication, teamwork, and customer service skillsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between properties and respond to after-hours maintenance needs This position involves physical maintenance work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation.
