What You'll DoComplete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform apartment turns, punch work, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing and electrical repairs Assist with pool maintenance and operations Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards Assist with snow removal and weather-related property needs Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies What We're Looking For3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred HVAC Certification preferred CPO Certification preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to work Monday through Friday with on-call and weekend availability Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction Why Join Pedcor Homes?We pride ourselves on the quality of our communities, our investments, and our dedication to our residents, associates, and the neighborhoods we serve.
