Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate will have experience with both plant and material-handling equipment. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining a work-life balance with a 40-to-50-hour workweek, including a few Saturdays and no Sunday work. Competitive wages based on experience. Being part of a cross-functional team, working with manufacturing and warehouse associates to improve equipment availability and performance. Completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. Working on both plant and material handling equipment. Handling mechanical and electrical systems. Utilizing troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment. We are looking for someone with: 1–3 years of experience in plant maintenance, with material handling equipment experience being a plus. A minimum of a high school diploma (or GED/high school certification); a technical school certification is a plus. Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not required. Basic mechanical and electrical skills. The ability to work from equipment manuals and verbal instructions. The ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Good organizational and time management skills. A dependable, self-motivated attitude, willing to learn and grow with the team and company.
