Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician – Make-Readies & HVAC ExperienceResponsibilities:Complete apartment make-readies from start to finish. Perform general repairs including minor carpentry, painting, fixture replacement, drywall, and hardware installation. Complete basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, disposals, supply lines). Perform minor electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches). Has Experience installing, working and repairing HVAC units. Ensure units are fully functional, clean, and move-in ready. Requirements2–3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience. Strong make-ready / unit turn experience required. Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Trade experience in plumbing or electrical preferred. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied conditions. Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools. Employment contingent upon successful background screening.
