Location: Duluth area
Pay: $30 - $35 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation with other properties

In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include light electrical work, light plumbing, general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will use your own vehicle to drive to other properties and you will be reimbursed for mileage.
We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills, and be able to pass a background check. You must have reliable transportation.
