In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our production operation running safely and efficiently by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Your Schedule This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule : Week 1 Monday & Tuesday: Work Wednesday & Thursday: Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Work Week 2 Monday & Tuesday: Off Wednesday & Thursday: Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Off Hours: 6:45 PM–7:00 AM Candidates must be comfortable working a 12-hour overnight schedule, including weekends as scheduled. What You'll Do As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, automation systems, AC/DC motors, servo motors, and drive systems. Troubleshoot equipment using electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints. Maintain and repair facility systems, including boilers, compressors, HVAC, and related equipment. Fabricate, modify, and repair parts or equipment when needed. Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues across shifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures. Work collaboratively with production and other maintenance team members to support reliable operations. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs in a production environment. Willingness to work the assigned 2-2-3 overnight schedule. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs . Experience troubleshooting AC, DC, and servo motors and drives. Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety requirements. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment. Experience with boilers, compressors, HVAC, or other facility systems. Welding, fabrication, machining, or other mechanical skills. Experience using a CMMS maintenance system. Microsoft Word or other basic computer experience.
