What you'll do
- Assist in maintaining the building to ensure residents are comfortable and safe
- Renovate apartment units when vacated
- Perform painting, light plumbing and electrical work
- Perform carpet demo and/or cleaning
- Perform pool maintenance
What you need
- HVAC certification (preferred)
