Maintenance Technician, Residential -634506

Piedmont Community Services is currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment in Martinsville City, Henry, Patrick, and Franklin Counties. Additionally, they will assist in the inspection of all service facilities and support renovations as needed. The ability to work independently and complete maintenance work orders is essential. The ideal candidate should possess technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance. A minimum of two years working knowledge of carpentry, construction, and maintenance experience is preferred.
