Door Engineering is seeking a dynamic, high
achiever ready to learn and grow with our organization as Maintenance
Technician in our Mankato location. This role works three (3) 12-hour days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. This full-time position operates in a multi-craft environment,
focusing on problem-solving, exceeding customer expectations, and demonstrating
a commitment to excellence. We embrace the entrepreneurial spirit
and are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations by providing doors
that offer safety and protection to people, products, capital investments, and
processes.
Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PMs), and minor electrical repairs.Utilize robotics experience (if available) to enhance maintenance operations.Commit to working safely, performing quality work, and responding promptly to internal customers.Demonstrate proven mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair machines.Diagnose and repair electrical equipment with proven electrical skills.Utilize metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting, and construction.Safely use shop tools and equipment.Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.Pass
a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
