Preston Heights Apartments in North Dallas has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Maintenance Technician. This position will perform various duties necessary to maintaining and enhancing the value of our property.
Duties: Prepare units to move-in ready condition
Performs various community maintenance functions
Responds to resident service requests and issues
