Maintenance Technician

Position summary This position will be responsible for the upkeep and monitoring of our manufactured home community of 1 85 spaces , its amenities, common area exteriors, park owned buildings, parking lots and common grounds . This position , located in San Dima s , CA, reports direct ly to the Community Property Manager. Co mpany Co re V alues Hands-on ownership Commit to your best work Always learning Do the right thing Be respectful Position Performance O bjectives : Open the communi ty amenities each morning and confirm they are clean, safe and ready for resident use. Clean and maintain the pool area each morning, including the pool deck, furniture, gates, and surrounding common areas . Assist with the general upkeep of the community grounds, common areas , buildings, and facilities. Replac e and chang e out utility meters as needed . Complete routine maintenance request s and m inor plum b ing, electrical, carpentry, pain t ing , and gen eral p roperty repa irs . Regularly inspect the property and promptly report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and needed repairs . Pick up litter, r emove debris, and help maintain a clean and pro f essional app earance throughout the community . Prepare vacant spaces, units, and common areas as assigned. Assist with preventative maintenance and special property projects. Keep tools, equipment, maintenance supplies, and work areas organized and in a safe condition. Coordinat e with the Community Manager regarding work orders, priorities, resident concerns, and completed assignments . Follow all company safety procedures and applicable commun ity policies. Possess a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance . Read, write speak English fluently . Physical Requirements : Ha s the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 5 0 pounds . Perform s simple tasks, such a s power grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation . Requires ability to climb and work from ladder up to eight (8) feet in height . Experience R equirements : Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent . Minimum six months of related experience.
