Because being a grump is no fun. • Communicates Effectively: You collaborate well with teammates and contribute to a strong team environment—because teamwork makes the dream work. • Customer Focus: You’re passionate about delivering an exceptional Player experience and consistently look for ways to make every visit memorable. • Drives Results: You take initiative, stay engaged, and contribute to the team’s success in a busy environment where execution matters. • Experience : Prior experience in painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or electrical work required What You Will Do in the Role Role and Interaction with Players: Support the venue by keeping our facilities safe, clean, and fully operational so Players can focus on having fun. Key Aspect of the Role: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on facility equipment while monitoring and restocking facility supplies and materials. Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and workspaces and respond to facility-related requests from fellow playmakers.
