The Management Trainee will participate in a rotational training program across various departments to gain comprehensive operational and managerial knowledge. Responsibilities:
* Follows rotational training programs through various departments or roles
within the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles
and responsibilities of each department and how they support each other and
the success of the organization.
* Hands-on engagement of tasks and projects, that provide the ability to apply
learnings in a supportive environment.
* Participate in mentorship partnership with SMEs (subject matter experts) who
provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the training process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain understanding of business
operations.
* Read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
* Write routine reports and correspondence to effectively present information.
* Analyze data to assist in decision-making.
* Work on assigned projects to improve efficiency and support departmental
goals.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all departments.
* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external
stakeholders.
* Network within the organization to foster collaboration and knowledge

Basic requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Supply Chain, Business
Administration, or related field.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and work in plant/field settings as required.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to

the employee to work on occasion at heights.
