What you'll do
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support production
- Create and maintain accurate 2D/3D models, drawings, and specifications
- Partner with product development teams on efficient manufacturing and assembly designs
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions
- Support new product introduction by transitioning designs into production-ready processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Document procedures and support training of production teams
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods such as machining, fabrication, and assembly
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Inventor (preferred)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods (preferred)

Manufacturing Production Design Engineer

We are looking for a Production Design Engineer to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between product design and efficient, scalable manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
Create and maintain accurate 2D/3D models, drawings, and specifications.
Partner with product development teams to ensure designs are efficient for manufacturing and assembly.
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by transitioning designs into production-ready processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Document procedures and support training of production teams.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor preferred).
Knowledge of manufacturing methods such as machining, fabrication, and assembly.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
