What you'll do
- Perform laboratory studies and assays supporting CCD, PD, and AD
- Execute routine experiments following established procedures, protocols, and quality standards
- Collect, analyze, and accurately document experimental data and study results
- Support project activities under the guidance of experienced scientists and supervisors
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and records in compliance with company requirements
- Contribute to safe and efficient laboratory operations while following all safety policies
- Proactively seek guidance when additional technical expertise or clarification is needed
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and documentation
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with chromatography and filtration techniques
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
