We are seeking a dynamic, brand-forward Community Connector to represent our three organizations, build strategic partnerships, and grow our residential footprint. This isn't a desk job. It is a "boots-on-the-ground," face-to-face relationship-building role where you will be out in the community making connections, capturing content, and ensuring our brands are the first ones people think of when property needs arise. Compensation & Expectations: • Base Salary + Incentives: Market-competitive base salary based on experience, plus performance-based incentives tied to qualified lead generation and closed revenue.• In the Field: Expected to spend significant time in the field and at events; this is not a desk-bound role.• Early Wins: A ramp-up period is expected, but early wins are highly anticipated due to existing brand recognition in the market. Produce continuous social media content by capturing weekly photos, videos, and customer success stories. Lead community outreach by identifying and coordinating local sponsorship and event opportunities. Build a referral network with insurance agents, real estate brokers, property managers, and trade contractors (plumbers, roofers, HVAC).Establish a referral program featuring structured tracking to build reciprocal business relationships. Serve as the initial contact for retail and non-insurance leads generated via SEO, inbound calls, and word-of-mouth.Qualify and route leads by sending urgent emergency cases to dispatch immediately, filtering out low-fit opportunities, and passing vetted leads to project managers. Cross-sell across all three brands by leveraging their combined services to maximize business opportunities. Qualifications: • Natural Communicator: Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations with anyone.• Industry Connected: Proven ties in the local community or home services/real estate industries.• Networking Pro: Comfortable networking and attending evening and after-hours events.• Content Creator: Active on social media, with a demonstrated ability to create or share brand content (clean photos and short video fragments).• Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of home services, restoration, or real estate is a plus.
